ProgLabAi is a private training-programming application. There is no open sign-up: access is granted by the coaches alone, and only once a program request has been received and accepted.
The programs are not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting or intensifying physical activity, particularly if you have a medical condition, an injury, or are pregnant. Adjust loads and volume to how you feel, and stop at any unusual pain.
The content of the programs and the interface are the publisher's property. The training data you enter remains yours.
The publisher makes no guarantee of uninterrupted availability: the service may be suspended for maintenance, or unavailable through its host. Back up nothing critical here, although automatic backups do protect your history against accidental deletion.
