Deleting your ProgLabAi account

You can delete your ProgLabAi account yourself, at any time, without asking anyone. The deletion is immediate and final: nothing is put in a bin, nothing is kept "just in case", and nothing can be restored afterwards.

How

1. Sign in to proglabai.com, in the app or in a browser.
2. Open My account.
3. At the bottom of the page, Delete my account.
4. A warning appears, listing what you are about to lose. Confirm with your password.

If you no longer have access to your account (lost password and lost mailbox), write to us from the address you signed up with, using the contact form. We delete the account after checking it is yours.

What is erased

Immediately and permanently:

• the account itself: username, display name, email address, password;
• access to your programme, and every session, load, note and setting you recorded;
• your benchmarks, maxima and records;
• your conversations with your referent, replies and attachments included;
• your notification subscriptions, on every device;
• your saved states, and your programme brief with the original request that carried your name, address and phone number.

What is kept, and why

One line in the administration journal, saying that an account was deleted on that date. It carries no personal data : no name, no address. It is what allows the question "what happened?" to be answered, and it loses all meaning if it disappears with its subject.

If you paid for a coaching block, the corresponding invoice is kept: Swiss law requires accounting records to be held for ten years. It carries the billing details of that purchase and nothing about your training.
